The bodies are made of olive wood and sprayed in black walnut color, with bronze-tone hooks and hardware.
The hook on every style swivels a full 360°.

The two styles with pants clips work well when you need to hang pants or skirts from the waistband. Olive wood is a light to medium weight, medium hardness wood, not a heavy hardwood. Those clip styles are less suited to delicate waistbands and cuffs, because clips can leave impressions. For silk, velvet or fine knits, fold the piece over a bar instead.

Is a walnut-color wood hanger made of walnut?

No, walnut color names usually refer to the paint color, not the wood species, so the color name alone does not mean the hanger is walnut. These hangers are actually made of olive wood, with a black walnut color finish.

Why do these hangers use a 360-degree swivel hook?

A 360-degree swivel hook lets the hanger's direction be adjusted on the rod, so taking clothes off, straightening a display row, or turning a tag to the front needs no twisting of the whole garment. These hangers all have a swivel hook.
